Kid-Fit

What is Kid-Fit?

A fun, inclusive, program where, at the beginning of each class, we'll work on a skill with emphasis on good movement mechanics (squats, pushups, etc), followed by some fun games or an obstacle course. Kid-Fit will enhance athletic performance in all sports; and, research indicates that exercise can also be beneficial to cognitive function. These classes will help with metabolic conditioning, balance, coordination, speed, strength, and team work. 

AND - the classes are built around FUN!

Coached by a Brand X Youth Fitness Instructor


Ages 5-12

TWEENS

TweenFit (starts Feb 2019)

Dryland training for tweens and teens ages 10-16.


We'll work on basic skills like squats, pushups, pull ups, and balance.  And add in some strength with scaled loads (same movements as our adults - lighter weights).  We'll top it off with some cardio like running, skipping, rowing and jumping.


This class will promote athletic skills in a group setting that will enhance both comradery and competitiveness. And, it's fun!


Great for skill exposure, off season training, skill development and physical preparedness.


WHEN: Tues and Thurs 4:30-5:15pm


COST: $10/class or $75/month
